Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity:

Special Procedures Tech - IR Tech

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

• On-call required 12 days per month including weekends and holidays

• Support fast-paced cardiovascular and interventional radiology program

• Scrub, circulate, and monitor during Cath Lab and IR procedures

• Perform left and right heart catheterizations

• Assist with pacemaker insertions and intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) procedures

• Support Impella device placement and maintenance

• Conduct GI bleed embolizations and pulmonary embolism thrombectomies

• Perform kyphoplasties, drain placements, and port placements

• Prepare and maintain sterile fields for all procedures

• Operate imaging equipment and ancillary devices

• Assist physicians with device preparation, placement, and troubleshooting

• Respond to emergent cases during on-call periods

• Ensure compliance with radiation safety and infection control standards

• Provide high-quality patient care before, during, and after procedures

• Focus on patient safety, technical excellence, and teamwork
