The department averages 150 exams in a 24-hour period. It conducts both inpatient and outpatient exams. Fluoroscopy exams are performed for both inpatient and outpatient settings. Common procedures include C-arm procedures, lumbar punctures, routine X-rays, and fluoroscopic exams. Candidates must work 2 major holidays from the following: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day. Additionally, candidates must work 1 minor holiday from the following: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve.
