Travel Radiology Tech - $1,796 to $1,996 per week in Kyle, TX

Jackson HealthPros is excited to add an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist to our team where you’ll be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT certification required.
• State licensure as required by law.
• BLS certification.
• Experience performing diagnostic radiographic procedures and administering contrast media within scope.
• Experience with PACS image submission and maintaining imaging department documentation.
• Experience using Cerner / Centricity or similar EMR systems preferred.
• Ability to monitor imaging equipment performance and report malfunctions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior hospital radiology experience in a 150+ bed setting preferred.
• Experience working in busy radiology departments and maintaining department organization preferred.

• Shift Hours: 08:00 - 20:30.
• Work Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
• Scrub color: Black top and bottom.
• Unit type: Radiology.
• Must be able to prepare and position patients and apply radiation safety standards during exams.
