Type of equipment : GE Rev EVO 64 slice CT, GE digital Xray fixed unit and portable unit

Documentation system: Meditech/GE PACS

Scheduling special requirements: n/a

Floating policy: n/a

Patient Experience requirements: Press Ganey ER surveys

Certifications: ARRT CT and ARRT Radiography

Requested Skill Set: CT and X-ray proficiency, IV skills, CPR,

Must have:

Advanced skills needed: BLS

Procedures performed on unit: ER only

Certifications Required: ARRT CT and ARRT Radiography
