Department: Radiology - General X-Ray- SCG General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS Certs/ARRT & other specialty certification requirements ARTT and LRT Kansas Licensure How many scanners/rooms does this department have? 2 xray room, 2 portables, 3 c-arms Will they have to float/cover any other areas? outpatient, ER, ICU, and floor xrays, OR, and Fluoro if working days Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties after 7 pm general ER,ICU, and inpatient xrays. With occasional add on sugeries or finishing up a surgery that went late Experience or 'Must have' skills DR skills, some OR experience. Able to work independently and working and helping with CT technolgoist on shift for patient transfers Average # of scans/studies per day 5-20 xrays per shift, occasional surgery from time to time EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use EMR : EPIC PACS: Synapse Fugi Department Specific Equipment (GE, Phillips, Siemens) GE Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech Alex Argueta Do they use RRA's (Registered Radiology Assistants)? No Radiologist in-house? During the day M, T, Th 730am -4pm on call Radiolgoist after hours CIA Do they have to start IV's?
