Call is up to 4-5 times a month. and holidays required.

Is on-call REQ? Yes. one weekend a month and 1-2 weekdays a month. Holidays may be required.

Required Certs: BLS, ARRT, IN State License required.

Will this traveler need to float between like units? No

Locals accepted: Yes.

Pending State License accepted: No. IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB

RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays

Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek.

Special Requirements: Siemens, Carestream Portable, Phillips. Must be able to perform general Xray. Multi-modality CT/XR Technologist. Comfortable working alone at times
Unit Information: 2 Phillips IQon CT Scanners, 2 Siemens DR XR Rooms, Carestream, Portables, ER, Inpatient, Outpatient, Adult and Pediatrics, Stroke 1 Accredited Hospital
