AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson HealthPros to find a qualified Rad Tech in Hyannis, Massachusetts, 02601!

Jackson HealthPros is excited to add an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist to our team where you’ll be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of a JRCERT accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Registered by the ARRT, or registry eligible with plan to obtain registration prior to or upon start.
  • Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Experience performing diagnostic radiographic procedures and positioning for optimum views, including experience with immobilization techniques and patient care during imaging.
  • Experience evaluating image technical quality and labeling images to assure proper identification.
  • Ability to assist physicians with procedures such as guided biopsies and to operate and set up radiographic and ultrasound equipment.
  • Familiarity with departmental policies, infection control, and radiology record-keeping.
  • Strong communication skills to obtain and review pertinent patient history and to provide procedural explanations to patients.
  • Must meet client-specific requirement: experience working in a hospital setting and competence providing ultrasound procedures and assisting with special ultrasound-guided interventions is preferred.
  • Preferred: prior experience teaching or instructing clinical/educational units in ultrasound or radiology programs.
