Key Responsibilities of the Ultrasound Technician

• Perform routine diagnostic examinations safely and accurately
• Obtain quality images according to established protocols

Requirements of the Ultrasound Technician

• ARDMS or equivalent certification in Ultrasound
• ARRT certification/registration in MRI, or eligibility through an ARRT recognized MRI pathway
• Completion of specialty program
• 1 year of experience
