This role involves working in both Interventional Radiology and Cath Lab environments on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities of the Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology Technician- Provide support in both Interventional Radiology and Cath Lab departments
- Perform cardiovascular procedures with an emphasis on Cath Lab techniques
- Participate in on-call rotations, including one night per week and every 4th weekend
- Assist with departmental activities as required, ensuring high standards of patient care
Requirements of the Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology Technician- Minimum of 1-year experience in cardiovascular or procedural settings (Cath Lab, IR, EP Lab)
- AHA BLS certification
- Radiology Technologist License (LRT) via KSBHA
- ARRT certification (Radiography required, R.T.(VI - Vascular Interventional Radiography) preferred)
- AHA ACLS certification preferred
- All required licensure and certifications due at time of submission
