Opportunity:

BACKFILL - CONTRACT - SPECIAL PROCEDURES IR-RAD TECH (719) - 13 WEEKS - 7:00A-5:30P

Job Details:

• Work 13-week day shift assignment from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Call responsibilities required for night shifts and weekends
• Experience with general and neuro interventional radiology required
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and independently required
• Must manage shifting patient volumes throughout the day
• Experience with neurovascular intervention and stroke care preferred
• Experience with Siemens Bi-Plane equipment preferred
• Perform procedures including perm cath/dialysis cath, angiogram, embolization, mechanical thrombectomy, and kyphoplasty
• Work with Siemens Bi-Plane x2 equipment
• Use Meditech (RIS system) and Fuji PACS EMR systems
• Dress code requires black pants with sage/olive green top or hospital issued scrubs
• Must demonstrate friendly, flexible, compassionate, proactive, and confident personality
• Strong communication skills required

Facility:

This medical facility features a comprehensive interventional radiology department located in a 438-bed acute care hospital. The department operates as a comprehensive stroke center with advanced imaging capabilities and maintains a team of 7 full-time special procedures/IR techs and 6 RNs. The facility is equipped with modern technology including dual Siemens Bi-Plane systems and utilizes advanced EMR systems for patient care coordination.
