Opportunity:

TRAVEL - IR Tech (727)

Job Details:

• Work day shifts with alternating hours of 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM and 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• On-call required 1 night per week and 1 rotating weekend per month with possible holiday coverage
• Work in a 5-suite Interventional Radiology unit with a team of 2 IR Techs and 1 IR RN per shift
• Operate 4 Siemens Bi-plane systems and 1 Siemens Single-plane system
• Use Meditech EMR and GE Centricity PACS systems
• Perform procedures including Comprehensive Stroke Center cases (strokes, aneurysms, SAH, DVST) and Level 1 Trauma Center procedures (GIB, EMBOs, Gastronomy Tubes, Nephrostomy, etc.)
• Minimum 6 months of current acute care hospital IR Tech experience required
• ARRT (R) and BLS certifications required
• Experience in Neuro interventional procedures (strokes, aneurysms, SAH) preferred
• Expert knowledge of Vascular Interventional Radiology procedures with minimal guidance preferred
• Self-motivated candidates who thrive in a fast-paced interventional lab and team environment preferred
