IR tech 4x10s Days

Job Details:

• Work four 10-hour day shifts
• Average of 4-6 call shifts per month required
• Typically one weekend shift per month
• 2 years of experience in radiologic equipment operation required
• Proven radiologic technologist knowledge, skills, and abilities required
• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS, OBMI
• Epic charting system experience required
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Function as integral member of interventional radiology team
• Provide direct patient care using medical imaging techniques
• Assist with radiographic procedures for vascular and non-vascular structures
• Ensure radiation safety for patients and team members
• Care for patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics
• Handle diverse procedures from central line placements to embolizations and strokes
• Rotate between dual IR locations
• Float within hospital or to affiliate hospitals as needed
• Complete pre-start modules (average 2.25 hours for non-RN positions)
• Must achieve 85% or higher score on Relias exams
