Travel RN – Interventional Radiology

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | On-Call Required
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care within a 2-suite Interventional Radiology department, including Single Plane and Bi-Plane suites
- Assist with and support procedural care including EKOS, angiograms, Trevo, cerebral coiling, and biopsies
- Administer and monitor moderate sedation per department protocols
- Collaborate with a team of nurses and radiology technologists to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
- Participate in on-call rotation, including approximately one call night per week and one weekend per month
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – New Hampshire license required at time of submission
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Background in procedural departments, critical care, emergency department, or experience with moderate sedation
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in Interventional Radiology or a Cardiac Cath Lab setting
- Demonstrated proficiency with moderate sedation administration and monitoring
- Familiarity with Philips Bi-Plane, GE Monitoring, or GE Mac Lab equipment
