Role:
Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes and other miscellaneous facilities.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital or computed radiography equipment and submit them for interpretation.
Unload portable X-Ray equipment and take it into facilities to perform exams ordered by the physician.
Obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent X-Ray images.
Perform EKGs as needed and transmit them for interpretation.
Scan exam-related paperwork daily per protocol.
Regularly communicate with dispatch and management.
Interact professionally with peers and supervisory staff.
Maintain vehicle and X-Ray equipment.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands of this position require pushing or pulling anywhere from 50 to 100 lbs.
Use vehicle ramps and pulleys to decrease weight when necessary.
Pushing or pulling the equipment in facilities or homes may increase the weight.
Force of 50 lbs or more can occur 16 to 24 times a day.
Maintaining required state licenses and ARRT Certification is essential.
Possessing a valid driver's license in good standing is required.
Vaccination against COVID-19 is a requirement for all individuals.
Alternatively, those seeking an exemption must submit proper documentation supporting their request.
