Responsibilities
- Perform, assist, and complete cardiac and vascular radiographic examinations.
- Conduct active radiographic interventional procedures in the cardiovascular lab using advanced equipment.
- Operate imaging systems to produce digital images as ordered by physicians.
- Position patients, provide exam instructions, and perform specialized studies.
- Deliver clinical care with strong technical, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
- Model, mentor, and train staff on technical skills; contribute to hiring and promotion discussions as appropriate.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States for a travel assignment; willing to relocate or travel to the assignment location.
- Ability to perform interventional radiology procedures in a cardiovascular lab setting.
- Proficiency in operating digital radiography equipment and producing quality images per physician orders.
- Strong patient positioning, instruction, and exam-preparation capabilities.
- Demonstrated communication and teamwork skills; willingness to mentor staff and participate in training.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-complexity imaging environment.
