Overview
MRI Technologist (Travel) – Radiology MRI, Everett, Washington. This 13-week travel assignment begins 07/27/2026. Weekly pay ranges from $1,847 to $1,918 per week. Guaranteed hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks (may be called off 1 shift per 2-week period). Shift: 3x12-hour days, Thursday–Saturday, 06:30–19:00. Setting: Level II Trauma Center hospital MRI department performing a wide range of exams, including outpatient, inpatient, and ED cases.

Responsibilities
- Perform a range of MRI exams, including brains, spines, abdomens, extremities, cardiac, and breast studies; day-shift focus with some access to advanced studies (Cardiac MRI, Breast MRI)
- Prepare patients, position for imaging, and monitor comfort; screen for contraindications to MRI and implants
- Administer contrast and IV access as appropriate and within scope of practice
- Operate MRI equipment, optimize protocols, and ensure image quality; troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Ensure patient safety and adhere to facility protocols; maintain radiation- or contrast-safety standards and infection control
- Document and coordinate imaging studies in EPIC; communicate findings with radiologists and care team; participate in cross-department communication
- Float across Outpatient, Inpatient, and ED as needed; adapt to varied acuity and patient needs

Requirements
- Active ARMRIT or ARRT(MR) license (ARRT-IT acceptable); Washington state license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year MRI experience
- Education: Completion of an accredited MRI technologist program (or radiologic technology program)
- Ability to work in a Level II trauma center setting and float between outpatient, inpatient, and ED
- COVID-19 vaccine not required
- References: 2 references covering 1 year of recent experience within the last 3 years
