Job Summary:
Radiology Technologist position available in New Mexico. This role involves performing a wide variety of routine and advanced imaging procedures, supporting other imaging technologists as needed, and ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow. The technologist must demonstrate flexibility by working different shifts and/or at various campuses as required, along with troubleshooting basic maintenance issues and participating in quality assurance. A commitment to ongoing education, safety, and maintaining imaging competencies is essential to meet the organizations standards.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and New Mexico state licensure are required. Additionally, BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association is required. A minimum of 0 years of experience in a hospital setting and basic computer skills are necessary.
  • Preferred Qualifications: One year of experience in a hospital environment is preferred.
  • Float: No float rotation required.
  • Additional Information: The radiology technologist will perform a broad range of imaging procedures, ensure images are correctly stored in PACS, and troubleshoot equipment issues. Flexibility to work at different locations and shifts as needed is required. The role emphasizes professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to all policies and standards of care.
