Job Summary Radiologic Technologist (X-ray Technologist) in a healthcare facility. This position involves performing radiographic procedures in a fast-paced environment, ensuring radiation safety, and operating various radiographic equipment. The role requires adherence to all safety protocols and proficiency in different imaging modalities to support patient care.
Job Details
Schedule: Days shift with an average of 3 days of call per month, totaling 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of independent experience as a radiologic technologist, demonstrated proficiency in operating all radiographic equipment including digital radiography (DR) fixed equipment, fluoroscopy, C-arms, and portable digital radiography. Current Hawaii radiologic technologist license, ARRT certification, and BLS certification required.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Philips digital radiography systems, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, and Konica digital radiography equipment is preferred.
Additional Information: Candidate must arrive on the island the Thursday prior to the start date for employee health appointments. No guarantee of hours or time requested off.
