Job Summary: Radiologic Technologist specializing in X-ray imaging is sought in a healthcare facility located in La Junta, Colorado. This position requires the ability to work independently and perform diagnostic imaging procedures using GE and Siemens radiologic equipment, including CT scanning. The role involves a mix of night shifts and requires a qualified professional with relevant certification and radiologic experience.
Job Details:
Schedule: Nights, with shifts comprising Thursdays and Fridays from 4:30 PM to 11:30 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: One year of radiologic/imaging experience preferred. Specific experience and training in computed tomography (CT) are preferred. Graduation from a school of Radiologic Technology, either college-affiliated or hospital-trained. CT Registered Technologist registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT R)(CT). Current BCLS certification. Knowledge of general anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
Additional Information: This role requires the ability to work independently and possibly float to other units as needed. The position involves working in a facility equipped with a GE 64-slice CT scanner and Siemens radiology equipment.
