Job Summary:
Xray Technologist position located in Morristown, New Jersey. The role involves performing imaging procedures in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines. The technologist will operate various imaging equipment, ensure patient safety and comfort, and maintain equipment functionality. This assignment offers a rotating shift schedule with specific hours and on-call responsibilities.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including every other weekend and one on-call shift every three weeks, with 7.5 hours per shift and a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience as an X-ray Technician, knowledge of imaging equipment including setup, troubleshooting, and care, current knowledge of clinical practice trends and healthcare informatics, initiative and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, graduate of an accredited radiography school, New Jersey State Radiologic Technologist (RT) license, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and a minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Additional Information: The position involves maintaining all imaging equipment, assessing safety, monitoring patient comfort, and coordinating procedures. Flexibility to adapt to operational needs is essential.
