NIGHT-SHIFT X-RAY / CT TECH CONTRACT – MIDWEST LEVEL II TRAUMA CENTER

 

First Connect Health has an immediate 13-week travel contract opening for a versatile Radiologic / CT Technologist in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Operating within the diagnostic imaging department at a premier Level II Trauma regional medical center, this position offers a structured 3x12 overnight schedule. PRE-CALCULATED PAY PACKAGE

  • Weekly Gross: $2,146.00
  • Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,246.00
  • Hourly W2 Rate: $25.00/hr
  • Overtime Rate: $37.50/hr

SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS

  • Schedule: Night shifts, 3x12-Hours (19:00 PM - 07:30 AM and/or 23:00 PM - 11:30 AM). Block scheduling configurations are not available.
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 regular hours guaranteed weekly.
  • Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend (EOW) coverage expectation.
  • On-Call Requirements: On-call rate applies at $5.00/hr ($125.55/hr call-back rate).
  • Clinical Scope & Responsibilities: Performs general diagnostic radiologic examinations and computerized tomographic procedures. Core duties include patient preparation and education, reviewing requisitions, setting up equipment controls, administering IV contrast, assisting radiologists with procedures, enforcing ALARA radiation safety standards, and managing PACS/RIS indexing. Special diagnostic procedure experience is a plus.
  • Education Requirement: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience as a Radiologic Technologist is strictly required.
  • Certifications Required: Current ARRT (R) registry, ARRT (CT) advanced certification (or registry-eligible status), and active Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) credentials are mandatory.
