Salary Range: $910.00 – $1,120.00 per shift (base gross), based on a 36-hour (3x12-hour) schedule; equivalent to $65.00 – $80.00 per hour.

Assignment Duration: 4 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts diagnostic radiographic procedures following departmental protocols and adhering to HFAP, TJC, CMS, state, and federal regulations.
• Acts as the initial point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive experience and addressing their imaging needs.
• Engages in Performance Improvement (PI) and Quality Control (QC) initiatives.
• Processes and transmits radiographic images to the PACS system.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Training

• Current CRT certification issued by CDPH is required.
• Fluoroscopy permit from CDPH must be obtained.
• Venipuncture certification is necessary.
• ARRT-R certification is mandatory.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations is essential.
• Current BCLS certification is required upon hire and must be maintained.
• A minimum of one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist is required.

Compensation Transparency

Our organization offers competitive pay, with an estimated compensation range of $65.00 to $80.00 per hour for this role. This estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for other geographic areas. The precise starting salary will be determined at the time of hiring, taking into account various factors such as skill set, relevant experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
