Overview
Ultrasound Tech, Radiology travel assignment in Cambridge, MA starting June 8, 2026 for 9 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,690–$2,834 per week with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Shift: Rotating 2x3 night schedule, including 7:00 PM–7:00 AM and 9:00 PM–7:00 AM. This hospital-based ultrasound position requires coverage for inpatient and outpatient imaging across multiple sites in the Cambridge, Somerville, and Everett area, with float responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities
- Perform general ultrasound examinations, including small parts, vascular (lower and upper extremity venous), OB/GYN (fetal surveys through first to third trimester), and select pediatric studies (hips, spine, head, pylorus, intussusception)
- Work with both inpatient and outpatient populations in Radiology, documenting findings and ensuring accurate labeling and protocol compliance
- Float to three sites as needed (Cambridge, Somerville, Everett) and support patients across all ages
- Collaborate with radiologists and other clinicians; maintain consistent image quality and complete all department tasks

Requirements
- Active ARDMS RDMS certification and AHA BLS certification required at submission
- Minimum 3 years of ultrasound experience in the specialty
- Proficiency in general ultrasound, small parts, vascular (lower and upper extremity venous), OB/GYN (fetal surveys), and pediatric exams
- EMR experience preferred (EPIC)
- Valid driver’s license with address matching demographics; flu vaccine required during season
- RTO (request for time off) must be included at submission and will not be guaranteed after confirmation
