Join our team as a Travel RN specializing in ICU at a leading acute-care hospital in Florence, AL. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced Critical Care environment, providing care to adult and geriatric patients. With a focus on advanced nursing skills, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Position Information:
Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Years of Experience: 5 years
Float Requirements: Critical Care Unit, CVICU overflow, Critical Care Step-Down, Med-Surg

Hiring Profile:
Must Have Skills/Experience: Efficient time management, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in nursing skills such as IV starts, ECG rhythm interpretation, and management of ventilators.
Preferred Skillset/Experience: Experience in a teaching hospital, managing advanced skills such as CRRT and IABP.
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Respiratory Failure, Ischemic and Hemorrhagic strokes, STEMI/NSTEMI, and more.
Personality Fit: Excellent communication skills, ability to function in critical situations, and teamwork-oriented.
Required Education: Completion of all online learning Lifetalent assignments, including ACLS/BLS.
Dress Code: Royal Blue scrubs required; neutral colored t-shirts/sweatshirts allowed.
