**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Nursing Team!** **Job Description:** - **Position**: Rapid Response - RN ER - Dept 780 - Nights - **Type of Role**: Full-time - **Shift**: Nights, 48 hours per week, with a mid-shift schedule from 10a-2230 or 1300-0130 **Unit Specifics**: - **Number of Beds**: 24 - **Patient Ratios**: 1:4 - **Staffing**: - Unit Secretary available 21 hours/day - Core RN team of 5 for day shifts - **Equipment**: - Level 1 fluid warmer - GE monitor system - Arctic Sun - Lifepak - Alaris pumps **Required Certifications**: - ACLS - BLS - ENPC or PALS - TNCC - NIH **Hiring Profile**: - **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years as an Emergency/Trauma Nurse in a Level 2 Trauma Center - **Advanced Skills**: - Trauma care - STEMI care - Stroke care - Sepsis management - Triage expertise - **Certifications**: Current RN license in Kansas; prefer CEN or TCRN **Documentation System**: - Meditech documentation **Scheduling Requirements**: - Every third weekend commitment **Dress Code**: - Cobalt blue top - Black or cobalt blue pants (solid color) - Closed toe shoes **Patient Experience Focus**: - Utilizing AIDET to enhance patient interactions - Maintaining positive attitudes and fostering a supportive culture **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol)**: At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
