Day Shift –13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Patient Care Tech
Night Shift - 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Patient Care Tech
Patient Ratios – 1:2; 1:1 for high acuity including post CABG patients
Type of equipment – Balloon pumps; CRRT; Hypothermia; ECMO
EMR -Meditech
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Trauma patients; Post-CABG; Post-TAVR; General post-surgical ICU patients
Chest tubes; central lines; Medication drips
