**Exciting Opportunity for Rapid Response RN in ICU!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team in a fast-paced 26-bed Coronary Care Unit (CCU) where your expertise will shine! - **Shift:** 7 PM - 7 AM, 6-week assignment, 48 hours - **Required Certifications:** - BLS - ACLS - NIH - Must include in submission packet - **Scheduling:** No RTO or special scheduling requests - **Unit Structure:** - Staff: 15 dedicated professionals - Day Shift: 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Patient Care Tech - Night Shift: 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Patient Care Tech - Patient Ratios: 1:2 - **Equipment Utilized:** - Balloon pumps - CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) - Hypothermia therapies - **Electronic Medical Record (EMR):** Meditech - **Ideal Candidate Skills:** - Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital ICU experience - Required: BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications - Preferred: Prior Meditech experience, experience traveling to large facility ICU Units - **Typical Procedures:** - Heart catheterizations - Balloon pump management - CRRT - Hypothermia treatment - Cardioversion - Central line placement - Medication drips - **Best Personality Fit:** - Driven, organized, and efficient - Positive attitude and engaged demeanor **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
