**Join Our Dynamic ER Team as a Rapid Response RN!** **Job Description:** - **Unit Overview:** - Work in a bustling Emergency Department with 28 beds - Collaborate with a dedicated team of 15 staff members - Thriving night shift atmosphere with: - 1 Charge Nurse - 10 RNs - 2-3 Techs - 1 Unit Secretary - **Patient Care:** - Manage 4:1 patient ratios to deliver high-quality care - Engage in a variety of critical procedures, including: - IV starts - Blood draws - Resuscitation efforts - EKG monitoring - **Qualifications:** - Required Certifications: - TNCC - PALS - ACLS - BLS - Must have acute ER experience - Preferred experience in trauma care - **Personality Fit:** - Active and personable individuals thrive here - Join a team that values collaboration and patient-centered care - **Work Schedule:** - 6-week commitment with 48-hour shifts - Work 4 weekend shifts per month - No on-call duty required - **Dress Code:** - Wear your royal blue scrubs proudly! **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
