**Exciting Opportunity: Rapid Response RN - Labor & Delivery (7P-7A)** **Job Description:** - **Position**: Rapid Response - RN L&D - **Unit**: Labor and Delivery/OBED - Dept 707 - **Shift**: 7P - 7A - **Duration**: 6 Weeks - **Hours**: 48 Hours per week - **Start Date**: Within 5-7 days of offer **Unit Information**: - **Number of Beds**: 23 - **Patient Ratios**: 2:1 - **Staffing**: - **Day Shift**: - 1 CNC - 6 RNs - 2 CST - 3 OR RNs - 1 Sec - **Night Shift**: - 1 CNC - 4-6 RNs - 1 CST - 1 Sec - **Equipment**: Advanced technology to support high-risk OB care - **EMR**: CPN/Meditech - **On Call Requirement**: 1 shift every 4 weeks - **Floating Requirement**: Within women's services (PP/Ante) **Qualifications**: - **Must-Have**: - 1 year travel experience in high-risk OB L/D - Certifications: NRP, Intermediate fetal monitoring, ACLS, BLS - **Preferred**: - OBED experience - High-risk/high-volume experience **Key Procedures**: - High-risk OB care including magnesium and insulin drips - Circulating and scrubbing during deliveries **Ideal Candidate Profile**: - Team player who thrives in a busy environment **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol)**: At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
