Responsibilities
- Perform patient nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans in coordination with the multidisciplinary team.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust nutrition orders as needed, and ensure diet orders are implemented accurately.
- Document nutrition care and interventions in Cerner and CBORD systems; maintain clear, timely records.
- Participate in rounds and collaborate with physicians, nurses, dietary staff, and kitchen teams to align nutrition care with patient needs.
- Support nutrition and food service operations by ensuring menus and meal delivery meet prescribed diets and patient preferences.
- Adhere to hospital policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to clinical nutrition practice.

Requirements
- Registered Dietitian credential with eligibility to practice in California or current licensure as applicable.
- Experience or demonstrated ability in hospital-based clinical nutrition (clinical setting preferred).
- Proficiency using Cerner and CBORD documentation systems.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Availability for day shift (40 hours weekly) with weekend coverage as needed (8 hours on Sat-Sun); no required call or float per notes.
- Eligible for a travel assignment in the United States.
