SHIFT DETAILS

Shift Time: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM
Meal Break: 30 Minutes
12-Hour Day Shift
Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

Guaranteed Hours: Facility-Based Scheduling
Pay Rate: $39.75 - $46.38 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
Current state licensure in good standing
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current BLS certification preferred
Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or acute care experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to appropriate healthcare providers
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and healthcare needs
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Promote patient safety, comfort, and quality outcomes
Participate in care planning and discharge processes as appropriate
