Seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation and long-term care environment. The RN will be responsible for assessing patients, administering medications and treatments, coordinating care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $33.48 - $39.06 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
Current BLS certification required
Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or acute care experience preferred
Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and healthcare needs
Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Promote patient safety, dignity, and quality of care
Supervise and support nursing assistants and other support staff as appropriate
Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives

Guaranteed 36 hours per week
Consistent three-night schedule
Competitive pay rate of $33.48 - $39.06 per hour
