**Exciting Opportunity for a Professional Nurse: Join Our Dynamic Healthcare Team!** **Job Description:** - Provide exceptional nursing care for assigned patients using the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - Complete detailed nursing databases and care plans with concise and relevant information, reporting findings to physicians promptly. - Perform nursing procedures and interventions with safety, efficiency, and technical skill. - Skillfully manage and defuse anxious, hostile, or violent behavior at the earliest stage. - Identify patient learning needs and deliver tailored education to enhance patient care. - Demonstrate effective delegation when appropriate to optimize team performance. - Utilize training and adhere to the nurse practice act to ensure compliance with professional standards and state regulations. **Skills:** - **Preferred:** - Hospital experience within the last five (5) years. - 2-3 years of experience in Labor & Delivery (L&D). - Preference for candidates willing to float to Mother-Baby units. **Education:** - **Required:** - Associate's degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited nursing school. - **Preferred:** - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). **Certifications & Licensure:** - **Required:** - Current Kansas Registered Nurse License. - BLS (Basic Life Support). - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support). - ALSOB (Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics). - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program). **Work Schedule:** - 36.00 hours per week - 12.00 hours per day - 3.00 days per week **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
