Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in the Cath Lab during interventional procedures; monitor hemodynamics and patient status.
- Assist with pre- and post-procedure areas, transport, and patient care as assigned; maintain documentation in line with policy.
- Maintain proficiency with Cath Lab equipment and monitoring devices, including systems used for imaging and hemodynamics; monitor LEXISCAN Stress Test as required.
- Support a full range of procedures observed in the Cath Lab: Left and Right Heart Cath, PTCA, stenting, thrombectomy, atherectomy, carotid diagnostic and stenting, peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures, pacemaker insertion, Tilt Table Test, Kyphoplasty, and AV graft diagnostics and interventions.
- Collaborate with Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, and a General Surgeon to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
- Rotate through on-call responsibilities during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; participate in maintaining a safe and efficient Cath Lab workflow.

Requirements
- Oklahoma state RN license or compact licensure required.
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience (required).
- BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA) certification required.
- NIH certification required.
- ACLS (AHA) certification preferred.
- Ability to work in a Cath Lab environment and participate in on-call coverage.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with the care team and patients; ability to work in Southwest Oklahoma service area.
