Job Summary
Interventional Cardiology Registered Nurse (RN) Seattle, WA. This 32-week contract position requires a highly qualified RN with outpatient cardiology clinic experience and triage skills. The role involves caring for cardiology patients preparing for or recovering from procedures such as cardiac catheterization, PCI/stent placement, EP procedures, and vascular/interventional studies.

Job Details

• Shift: Days, 8 hours per shift, Monday through Friday, starting at 8:30 AM and ending at 5:00 PM
• Start Date: 09/07/2026
• End Date: 04/16/2027
• Required Qualifications: RN license, at least 1 year of experience working as an RN in outpatient cardiology clinic and triage settings, proficiency in charting with EPIC, valid WA or COMPACT RN license, and current certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with assessment and interpretation of cardiac arrhythmias, patient education, and telephone triage
• Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics with complex cardiology needs, including post-procedure care and assessment of symptoms, anticoagulation, and medication adjustments
• Additional Information: The facility emphasizes careful assessment of symptoms, urgent escalation for certain symptoms, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Charting is completed in EPIC, and proper adherence to safety precautions is essential.
