TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Dialysis for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin.
UNIT: DIALYSIS
MANAGER INTERVIEWS
Unit Overview: Inpatient 1:4 with dialysis tech, or 1:1 in ICU units. Outpatient 1:8
Scrub color: any color
Minimum Experience: 2+ years. Previous Dialysis experience in inpatient setting required. Prior CRRT and Peritoneal Dialysis required. Trauma level II experience highly preferred. STAC experience - This is required
Required Certifications: WI RN License and BLS. Charting Experience: Epic preferred.
Charting Experience: Epic preferred.
Float Requirements: Only to and from Inpatient and Outpatient.
Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holiday
On Call/Call Back Requirements: 2 x weekly as needed including every other weekend when working- Weekend call requirement may be two shifts. Response Time 1 hour. Will utilize on-call and call-back
Shifts:. Shifts are variable Flex shift 6,8,10,12 hours . Start times are variable depending on patient and clinic need. Shifts can start as early as 5:00 am and be scheduled as late as 730 PM if they are on a 12 hr shift.PM shift starts at noon for 8 hours in the outpatient clinic. . Assignment coverage will be both inpatient or outpatient RN and PCT role to be expected based on need. 50/50 inpatient and outpatient. Can accommodate block scheduling.
