Shift: 3x12-hour shifts (11:00–23:00) with on-call. Setting: 200-bed Level II Trauma center providing inpatient hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis services. This role supports dialysis across units with emphasis on cannulation, machine troubleshooting, and SLEDD support in ICU.
