Meal Break: 30 Minutes
12-Hour Night Shift
Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
Rotating schedule that may include weekend day and night shifts
GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $35.76 - $41.72 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current BLS certification required
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or acute care experience preferred
Commitment to providing safe, compassionate, patient-centered care
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to healthcare providers
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams
Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatments, and care plans
Participate in care planning and discharge planning activities
Promote patient safety and adherence to healthcare regulations and standards
Respond quickly and effectively to changing patient needs and clinical situations
Support quality improvement initiatives and positive patient outcomes
