Job Title: Travel ER Holding / AAU Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Job Description: Join the fast-paced team at University of New Mexico Hospital (a Level I Trauma and Teaching Hospital) in Albuquerque, NM! We are seeking an adaptable RN for the Adult Admission Inpatient Unit (AAU). This unit acts as an ED holding area, taking in admitted patients and initiating the inpatient standard of care. This is a high-turnover, dynamic environment perfect for a nurse with strong time management and telemetry skills. First-time travelers are welcome to apply!

Contract Details:

  • Target Start Date: 08/17/2026
  • Shift: 12-hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM). (Block scheduling is considered!)
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36, 40, or 48-hour options available.
  • Call Requirements: None.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of RN experience. Must be highly skilled in monitoring and interpreting telemetry, as well as managing dysrhythmias.
  • Certifications: Active BLS, ACLS, and NIH required. (Please note: RQI-issued certifications are strictly not accepted by this facility).
  • Floating: You must be flexible and willing to float to the ED (for admitted patients), ICU (for sub-acute care), and inpatient PCUs.
  • Radius Policy: Candidates must have a permanent address strictly 100+ miles away from the facility.
