Overview
Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (ER) travel assignment in Kremmling, CO. Start date 08/17/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,757–$1,907 per week with guaranteed hours of 32. Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts. Setting: Critical Access Hospital emergency department serving a rural community with coverage in Granby and Fraser as needed.

Responsibilities
- Provide ED nursing care from admission to discharge, following accepted standards and protocols (ACLS, PALS or equivalent, TNCC, BLS)
- Triage, assess, monitor, and intervene for diverse presentations; manage trauma and emergency conditions in a Level IV trauma environment
- Administer medications, perform necessary interventions, support airway/ventilatory needs, and participate in resuscitation efforts
- Document patient status, care plans, and interventions in the electronic health record; communicate plans with physicians and the ED team; ensure safe handoffs
- Educate patients and families, coordinate discharge planning and follow-up resources; assist with transfers when appropriate
- Maintain readiness for on-call and holiday coverage; adhere to safety, infection control, and quality improvement standards

Requirements
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS (or equivalent), TNCC, BLS
- Experience: Preferred CAH emergency department experience
- Availability: Nights with on-call and holiday requirements
- RTO: All requests for time off must be disclosed during the interview process
- Working in a rural ED setting and collaborating with cross-functional teams
