Responsibilities
- Perform the professional functions of a Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
- Coordinate, manage, provide and delegate patient care; ensure alignment with Standards of Nursing Practice.
- Promote cooperation among the health care team and meet personal accountabilities defined in organizational standards.
- Assist under the direction of the primary operating surgeon in the perioperative care of patients undergoing a surgical experience.
- Function as an RNFA within facility policies and guidelines; report directly to the Director of Perioperative Services.
- Demonstrate leadership and professionalism in the RNFA role; this position is represented by CNA.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California.
- Perioperative nursing experience or RNFA experience/training preferred.
- Ability to work in a perioperative, hospital-based setting and collaborate with surgical and nursing teams.
- Demonstrated leadership, professional conduct, and commitment to patient safety.
- Eligible to work 4x10-hour daytime shifts and comply with facility policies and procedures.
