Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill adult patients in an ICU setting
- Monitor patient status with hemodynamic monitoring, telemetry, and ICU equipment, including ventilator support
- Administer prescribed medications, manage IV therapy, and assess patient response
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the multidisciplinary team; respond to changes in patient condition promptly
- Ensure patient safety, adhere to infection prevention protocols, and maintain quality of care standards
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license
- ICU nursing experience
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts
- Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment starting on 10/26/2026
- Must reside 80+ miles from the assignment facility
