Responsibilities
- Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs and responding to rapid changes in condition
- Administer prescribed medications, manage lines and devices, and perform complex ICU procedures as ordered
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and communicate effectively with patients’ families
- Float to ED and some med-surg areas as needed to support staffing and patient care, with typical ICU staffing at 2:1 (rarely 3:1)

Requirements
- Current OklahomaRegistered Nurse license
- BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association), and PALS (American Heart Association) certifications
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience (required)
- Floating experience required
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts and adapt to night schedule
- Compliance documentation completed and submitted at least one week prior to start
