    Overview
    Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (L&D) travel assignment in Bethel, Alaska. Start date 09/15/2026 for 13 weeks, nights shift, guaranteed 32 hours per week, with a weekly pay range of $3,207 to $3,320. Hospital setting. This is a travel – temporary assignment.

    Responsibilities
    - Deliver nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
    - Direct and coordinate OB nursing care for patients, following approved standards and collaborating with the healthcare team.
    - Provide age-specific and culturally sensitive care from birth through elderly, and serve as a resource to other staff as needed.
    - Apply obstetric nursing knowledge in practice, including fetal monitoring, medication administration, diagnostic interpretation, patient education, and documentation.
    - Maintain licensure and competencies required for the role, and participate in continuing education as needed.

    Requirements
    - Alaska Licensure: Current, valid Registered Nurse license in good standing
    - Education: Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
    - Experience: 1–2 years of recent OB experience preferred
    - Certifications: BLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring required
    - Professional standards: Knowledge of Alaska RN scope; ability to practice within professional guidelines
    - Additional: National OB Certification preferred; able to pass and maintain position competencies
    - Vaccination: Proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination may be required
