    Overview
    Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (L&D), travel assignment in a home healthcare setting in Moses Lake, WA. Start date 08/17/2026 for 13 weeks, nights. Weekly pay range $2,306 - $2,381 per week with guaranteed 36 hours. This role combines direct patient care with care management responsibilities across a patient group, with potential unit leadership duties as needed.

    Responsibilities
    - Perform assessment/data collection focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, and cognitive status.
    - Implement care in a knowledgeable, skillful, and continuous manner per predetermined procedures, policies, and care plans.
    - Identify learning needs, readiness for learning, and provide patient teaching as defined by policy and care plans.
    - Document in the patient’s chart via electronic medical records and/or paper processes per policy and regulatory requirements.
    - Demonstrate appropriate delegation of patient care activities and supervise assigned coworkers.
    - May function as Charge Nurse, including delegation of assignments, admitting/discharge/transfer coordination, and unit lead responsibilities.
    - Maintain safety, infection control, and adherence to all applicable policies and procedures.

    Requirements
    - Current Washington State RN licensure.
    - BLS (Healthcare Provider) certification within 30 days of hire (AHA or equivalent).
    - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
    - Experience: Acute care RN experience preferred; minimum one year of RN experience preferred for specialty departments.
    - Ability to work in a home healthcare setting and in the night shift; strong communication and critical thinking skills.
