Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Mount Clemens, Michigan.
Join a Labor & Delivery team as a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment working 12-hour night shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week. This role provides comprehensive care across the Labor & Delivery continuum, including labor, postpartum, newborn nursery, and maternal-child services. The RN will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, evidence-based care to mothers and newborns while managing both routine and emergent obstetric situations. Candidates must have prior travel experience, as first-time travelers will not be considered. Requirements: 2+ years of Labor & Delivery experience required
Labor, Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery experience required
Level I Nursery experience required
Active Michigan RN License required
BLS Certification (AHA) required
ACLS Certification (AHA) required
NRP Certification required
STABLE Certification required
AWHONN Certification required
Previous travel nursing experience required (first-time travelers not accepted)
Ability to work every other weekend required
