Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Long Term Care (LTC) position in Charlevoix, MI, requiring 2+ years of LTC experience and an active Michigan RN license.

Details

• Long Term Care (LTC) facility setting
• Night shift schedule, working three 12-hour shifts per week
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active Michigan (MI) RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA only) required
• Minimum 2 years of RN LTC experience required

Additional Information

• Provides patient care and treatment under the direction of department management, charge nurses, or team leaders
• Emphasizes patient and family centered care in all aspects of practice
• Strict attendance policy is enforced: three instances of an unexcused absence or arriving more than 20 minutes late to a scheduled shift may result in immediate termination
• MI LTC Fingerprinting certification, if already obtained, is considered a plus
• No more than 5 days of RTO may be requested for this assignment
