Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele in Berlin, VT. This travel assignment is with a 122-bed acute-care hospital, on a Med-Surg with Tele unit. Start date is 07/20/2026 for a 4-week contract. Weekly pay ranges from $2,054 to $2,174. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift: 3x12-hour Nights. This is a travel - temporary assignment requiring an on-site presence in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, patient-centered care for adult medical-surgical telemetry patients on the unit
- Apply and interpret telemetry, recognize rhythm changes, and respond promptly to patient status
- Involve bedside assessment, medication administration, IV therapy, and bedside procedures as needed
- Perform NG tube insertion and peripheral IV placement; manage and monitor telemetry equipment
- Document care in the electronic medical record (Epic); participate in multidisciplinary rounds
- Collaborate with LPNs/LNAs and other on-shift staff to ensure safe, efficient patient flow and discharge planning

Requirements
- Active RN license on file at submission
- BLS, ACLS, Telemetry Certification; NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required prior to starting; NIHSS certification recommended
- Telemetry experience: 5 years in Med-Surg Tele or 3+ years in Tele
- Prior travel experience required; must have completed 2 travel assignments in 300+ bed facilities or have prior experience at any UVM Health Network acute care facility
- EPIC experience within the past 2 years
- Must be able to start within the next week
