Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele, Plymouth, MA, United States. Travel assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC beginning 11/02/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,626-$2,676 per week. Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to adult medical-surgical telemetry patients during night shifts, including monitoring cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic status.
- Administer medications and perform routine procedures in accordance with physician orders and hospital policy; document care accurately in the electronic health record.
- Assess patient needs, recognize changes in condition, escalate to the care team, and implement appropriate interventions.
- Float to like units and overflow areas as needed, maintaining safe, evidence-based practice and unit-based telemetry protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, follow critical paths, and participate in biweekly orientation and ongoing professional development.
- Complete required telemetry competency activities and adhere to onboarding requirements, including pass/fail tests during onboarding.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (state not specified)
- Minimum 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience
- Telemetry competency exam completed or able to pass; ability to demonstrate proficiency during onboarding
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Ability to float to MS Telemetry floors and overflow areas as needed
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation accuracy, and commitment to patient safety
- Orientation is biweekly; prior to start, provide available interview times and dates
