Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical/Surgical (Med B) unit position requiring 2+ years of M/S experience and Epic proficiency on a 13-week night shift contract.

Details

• Work in a Medicine unit (Medical B) within a hospital setting
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday coverage as needed per unit
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active RN license — Maryland (MD) or Compact license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg (M/S) experience required
• Experience at a comparable facility size required (500+ bed count for large academic medical centers)
• Epic EMR experience required
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• 1 professional reference required for consideration

Additional Information

• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers
• Provide direct patient care to a general medicine population in a hospital-based Med/Surg unit
